Cancelation Policy

At Qkogo, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we strive to provide flexibility for our customers. However, in order to maintain the efficiency of our services and ensure fairness to both passengers and drivers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for bus and cab bookings:

  • Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled departure time or pickup time will not incur any cancellation fee. We encourage customers to inform us of any changes to their travel plans as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience.
  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time or pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the specific booking details and will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, such as sudden illness or extreme weather conditions, customers may request a waiver of the cancellation fee. Requests for waivers will be considered on a case-by-case basis and supporting documentation may be required.
  • No-shows (failure to board the bus or cab without prior cancellation) will be considered as cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time or pickup time andthe applicable cancellation fee will be charged.
  • To cancel a booking and avoid cancellation fees, customers must contact Qkogo customer support through the provided channels, such as our website or mobile app andfollow the cancellation process outlined in their booking confirmation.
